don’t know whats problem on android 5.0 it always says (App not installed ) on Lolipop 5.0 when installing APK 1.2.0m but it did installed on LP 5.1 any idea ? Same happens to other device having lolipop 5.0.1 version
It is certificate conflict problem. I have experienced this problem many times before. To solve the problem for non-rooted phones, you need to use to another apk (mod or official or different version). Android version does not matter in this problem.
Problem solved by installing new version v1.2.2.f on Lolipop 5.0 thanks for ur suggestion.

Regarding “Invalid License Error” I would suggest the Lucky Patcher for Rooted Phones because it could remove the License Check on almost All games (It’s not 100% guaranteed to work). I was wondering if the Offline Game version would work on Android Kitkat 4.4? I hope it does so I could download the game. Could someone please confirm if it works for Android Kitkat? I was hoping to play it on my Rooted Xiaomi Mi Pad 1.

How to combine two part to one
Put 2 parts in 1 folder, open the 1st part using 7zipper on Android or 7zip on PC, extract the data, done!

If your phone is rooted, use lucky patcher to remove the game license.
If your phone is not rooted, try to install other mod apk v1.2.0m.
There are 2 mod apks for v1.2.0m. One of them would work on your phone.

Thanks bro for the video link, i have successfully used lucky patcher to remove the buy game screen and now the game verifies files and shows game have been successfully downloaded tap ok to start playing. when i tap ok it closes up. it seems this v 1.2.2f can’t be played without obtaining it legitimately from the store. i wish wish i could downgrade my phone to android version 4.4 since the v1.2.0m installs on it.

oh i have succeeded in removing the licence and i am now playing the game currently chapter two but this method needs the internet connection always to launch and you can turn off the internet while palying the game.
how to use lucky patcher
open lucky patcher
select spiderman 2
open menu of patches
remove licence verification
selected patterns
place a tick on the first and fifth choice
launch game with internet connection
note: this method is to remove licence for v1.2.2f only since this is the only version that installs on my phone with android 5.1. its working for me
